What to Write to Us About

  • Corrections. If a figure on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will check it and amend it. Include the page and the figure.
  • Terms that changed. Operators alter wagering requirements and withdrawal limits without notice. If you have hit terms that differ from what we published, that is useful to us.
  • Payout experiences. Both directions. A book that paid faster than we recorded is as worth knowing as one that stalled.
  • Method questions. If you want to know why a book is ranked where it is, ask and we will explain the scoring.

What We Cannot Help With

We are not a bookmaker and we have no access to any operator's systems. We cannot recover a balance, release a withdrawal, reopen a closed account or intervene in a dispute. If a book is holding your money, the escalation route is the operator's own complaints process and then its licensing authority, and it is worth knowing that an offshore licence rarely offers the kind of adjudication a British licence would.

Gambling Support

If gambling has stopped being entertainment, these are free, independent and not connected to any operator.

  • GamCare on 0808 8020 133, open 24 hours, or via live chat at gamcare.org.uk
  • BeGambleAware at begambleaware.org for self assessment and local treatment
  • BetBlocker, free device level blocking that works regardless of where a site is licensed
  • Gamban, paid blocking software covering desktop and mobile
  • GamStop at gamstop.co.uk, the national scheme covering UK licensed operators

#ad  Advertising disclosure: this site is free to read because some links to bookmakers are commercial. If you open an account through one we may be paid a commission, at no cost to you. Payment never buys a ranking position, never changes a score, and never edits what we write about a book. Our scoring weights are published in full on the how we rate page.
